Bieten Sie weiterhin Support an?

Ja. Alle Support-, Hosting- und Wartungsleistungen laufen ohne Einschränkungen weiter.

Sind Notfall-Einsätze möglich?

Ja. Dringende IT-Notfälle, wie Serverausfälle, Hardwareprobleme oder Sicherheitsvorfälle,
werden weiterhin wie gewohnt bearbeitet.

Ich habe ein Hosting- oder E-Mail-Paket. Läuft alles normal?

Ja. Webhosting, Mailhosting, Backups und Monitoring sind von der Wartung der Webseite
nicht betroffen und laufen vollumfänglich weiter.

Kann ich neue Projekte, Angebote oder Beratungen anfragen?

Selbstverständlich. Schreiben Sie uns eine E-Mail oder rufen Sie an – Anfragen werden
ganz normal bearbeitet.

Erstellen Sie weiterhin maßgeschneiderte PCs und Server?

Ja. Individuelle Server, Workstations und spezielle Systeme wie unsere Silent-Lösungen
können wie gewohnt geplant und bestellt werden.

Bieten Sie Remote-Support an?

Ja. Remote-Support-Sitzungen können jederzeit nach Terminvereinbarung durchgeführt werden.

Entwickeln Sie weiterhin Embedded- und Softwarelösungen?

Ja. Alle Projekte rund um Embedded Linux, C/C++, MQTT/CAN, Telemetrie, Automatisierung
und unsere eigenen Lösungen (z. B. Hermod, CU-Sampler) laufen unverändert weiter.

Wie lange bleibt die Seite offline?

Nicht lange. Wir arbeiten bereits intensiv an der neuen Seite. Die überarbeitete Webseite
wird zeitnah verfügbar sein.

Is support still available?

Yes. All support, hosting and maintenance services continue without interruption.

Do you handle emergency IT incidents?

Yes. Urgent issues such as server outages, hardware failures or security incidents
are handled as usual.

Are my hosting and email services affected?

No. Website hosting, mail hosting, backups and monitoring are not affected by the website
maintenance and remain fully operational.

Can I request new projects, quotes or consultations?

Absolutely. Just send us an email or call us – your inquiries will be processed as normal.

Do you still build custom PCs and servers?

Yes. Custom servers, workstations and special systems such as our silent builds
are still available and can be planned and ordered at any time.

Do you offer remote support?

Yes. Remote support sessions can be scheduled at any time by appointment.

Are software and embedded development projects continuing?

Yes. All work related to embedded Linux, C/C++, MQTT/CAN, telemetry, automation and our
in-house solutions (e.g. Hermod, CU-Sampler) continues as normal.

How long will the website be in maintenance mode?

Not long. We are already working hard on the redesign, and the new site will be online soon.
